Warranty Information

The Standard Warranty of Crossville, Inc., which also serves as our Certificate of Compliance, follows.

Crossville, Inc. guarantees that its products will meet or exceed the performance specification outlined in ANSI A137.1- 1988 and in our performance data section. Furthermore, a dedication to quality assurance standards, plus state-of-the-art technology at our Tennessee production facilities, have combined to ensure product reliability. Defective units will be replaced FOB plant, provided notice is given and acknowledged prior to installation, per our Terms and Conditions.

Residential Lifetime Quality Warranty

Should any Crossville or Questech product installed in a residential setting fail due to manufacturing defect, Crossville, Inc. will repair or replace the defective product pieces as it deems fit (installation not included). This Crossville Lifetime Warranty covers your purchase of Crossville, Inc. or Questech product for as long as you own your home and is non-transferable.

Commercial Warranty

Because specific installation details, structural design and environmental conditions are beyond the control of the Company, we cannot accept responsibility for the performance of our products after they are installed. However, in the event of latent defects caused by improper manufacture, the Company will replace any defective units FOB plan, provided the Company is notified within one year of installation or within 18 months of shipment of product, whichever comes first.

Crossville, Inc. expressly warrants that Questech wall tile and trim, as delivered, will be reasonably free of defects in materials and workmanship, and that when properly handled and installed will conform, within accepted tolerances, to applicable manufacturing specifications. Crossville, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for the performance of these products after they are installed. Crossville, Inc. makes no warranty that these products are suitable for any particular purpose and can make no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth above.
