• You may also order samples by completing and faxing the sample order form.

Architects, Designers and Crossville Display program members

• Architects, Designers and Crossville Display program members may order your Crossville samples by calling the Sample Express Hotline at 1-800-221-9093, faxing the sample order form to 931-456-2956, or e-mailing us at samples@crossvilleinc.com.
• Information needed:
  Please include the following information:
  Company name and your name
  Attention to
  Complete physical address
  Phone Number
  Shipper number for FedEx or UPS if shipping other than UPS Ground *(please including billing address information)
  Job name

• 2x2 and 4x4 sample chips of Porcelain tiles
• Manufacturer-sized Porcelain tiles
• Accent Pieces (limited to 2 pieces of each)
  • Illuminessence - 3"x3" Prism and Radiance and 4 piece swatch of Water Crystal Mosaics
  • Questech Metals - 3" chip of solid field tiles and trim pieces. 2" floor border corners.
  • Stainless Steel - 2" squares available for sample.
  • Patina Metal - 4x4 field tiles pieces only.
  • Please call for availability of border pieces, trim, and Venetian Glass.
