October 17th, 2006
Crossville, TN – Crossville, Inc. will sponsor a free online CEU course, “Porcelain Tile: From Specification to Installation,” which has been approved by AIA, CSI, and numerous other professional organizations. The course will provide specifiers with an overview of various types of tile, ways to distinguish one type from another, as well as installation considerations. Quizzes will be included online and, for many of the organizations, AEC Daily will report CEUs or Learning Units on their members’ behalf. For further information, please review http://www.aecdaily.com/sponsor/crossville .
The course instructor, Daniel Lopez, brings 25 years of expertise to the CEU program. Joining Crossville in 1986 as a regional sales manager, Lopez for many years owned and operated a tile distribution business and today serves as Crossville’s architectural representative for the Southeast. In addition, he coordinates the continuing education program for Crossville, Inc., developing course curriculum and presenting training programs throughout the United States.
“Since Crossville’s founding 20 years ago, education and training have been among our highest priorities,” states Crossville President John E. Smith. “We are pleased to offer this comprehensive course in a convenient, online format and look forward to expanding the course selection in the coming months.”
